Chief Executive
Jacky Courtney
The Chief Executive is the head of the Authority's team of staff, based in Lloyd House. Her responsibilities include supporting the Authority in dealing with new policies and white papers and keeping the Authority at the forefront in developing strategies and initiatives.

We are required by law to have a legal adviser and a treasurer. These are provided through an agreement with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.
